Tansania Klassik – 7 Tage

Fantastic safari our driver Gerald picked us up from the airport and was our tour guide throughout the trip. We visited lake Manyara the Serengeti and Tarangire. We chose the comfort package and stayed in large glamping style tents in each park this allowed us to maximise our safari time allowing better opportunities to see the big cats which are more active dawn and dusk. If you opt to stay in the lodges you will have a little less safari time. The accommodation was perfect, comfortable with all the amenities you need and the people in each camp were soo welcoming and the food was great. Going in march was just heading out of season however the weather was around 30 dc and the odd shower, it was a quieter experience allowing us to get closer to the animals without a million other tourists. Finally our tour guide Gerald was so knowledgeable and we learnt so much about the culture and the animals he went to great lengths so we could see all the animals we wanted to see allowing us to take some great pictures and capture some amazing memories Would highly recommend!

So pleased we chose easy travel for our safari, everything was well organised and ran smoothly. We chose the Tortilis camps to stay at and honestly they had everything you needed, very well equipped with very warm and welcoming staff and quite the experience in itself to be surrounded by the animals - was great listening out at night figuring out which animal was near by! The food was great too! Gerald, our easy travel guide, was fantastic! Such a wealth of knowledge and an incredible eye for picking out all the animals across the week. We learnt and saw so much! I would definitely recommend easy travel and the classic tour, starting at Lake Manyara is a great introduction to what the rest of the week will hold!

Onze prachtige reis was een onvergetelijke ervaring! We hebben veel verschillende dieren gezien, van majestueuze olifanten, nieuwsgierige giraffes tot kleurrijke vogels. De mooie overnachtingsplekken waren comfortabel en goed verzorgd, waardoor we na elke dag vol indrukken heerlijk konden uitrusten. Het contact met de reisorganisatie verliep makkelijk, zowel voor als tijdens de reis, en alles was uitstekend geregeld. Onze gids was niet alleen zeer deskundig, maar ook geduldig en gaf ons de tijd om volop van alles te genieten. Bovendien was er binnen de vastgestelde reisroute nog steeds flexibiliteit, wat de ervaring extra prettig maakte. Het reizen in het laagseizoen maakte dat er ruimte was om de dieren goed van dichtbij zonder teveel gedrang te bekijken. Kortom, een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een goed georganiseerde en avontuurlijke reis!
